Spybot isn't the first tool I'd pull out to clean a computer. Spyware Blaster is a great tool and offers more Immunization I believe than spybot, but not as many people have heard of it. Spybot may be losing it’s way a little maybe in comparison to the likes of the in favour Superantispyware and Malwarebytes

You are being really generous by saying its loosing its way a little bit. Its current detection rates are abysmal to be frank.
But yeah make a very valid point about immunization.
Another software you can use for immunisation is Spyware Blaster.
